In 2004, Lyreco was the first company in the Office Supplies industry to join the UN Global Compact (UNGC), demonstrating our long-term commitment to sustainability. By supporting this global initiative, we commit to communicating annually our progress in implementing the UNGC Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Transparency of product environmental impacts: supporting the EU PEF methodology

Lyreco supports the efforts of the European Commission by adopting the EU Product Environmental Footprint (EU PEF) methodology to evaluate the environmental footprint of products. This new comparative method takes into account each step of the product life cycle, from the manufacture of raw materials to the end of product life and 16 environmental criteria.
